Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for lawful, safe, and responsible use of the platform, AI assistance, stored content, and connected accounts.

These pages are written to be plain-English and liability-conscious. Final review by a licensed lawyer is recommended before production launch.

1. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, spam, phishing, unlawful invoicing, harassment, unauthorized debt collection, malware distribution, or any deceptive or abusive activity.

  • no impersonation of clients, recipients, or businesses
  • no spam, phishing, or unlawful reminder campaigns
  • no malicious files or harmful uploads
  • no abusive or deceptive use of AI-generated content

2. Platform and rights protection

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, benchmark without permission, bypass access controls, or interfere with security, rate limits, logging, or other platform protections. You may not upload content that infringes privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.

We may remove content, limit integrations, suspend sends, freeze accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or platform risk exists.
