Public legal and trust materials for the AI-assisted invoicing platform.
The operating rule, limits, and verification obligations that apply to AI-generated drafting assistance across the platform.
These pages are written to be plain-English and liability-conscious. Final review by a licensed lawyer is recommended before production launch.
AI features are designed to assist with drafting invoice content, line items, summaries, notes, and reminder messages. The governing rule is: "AI drafts, user approves, system sends."
AI does not replace accounting, legal, tax, financial, or business judgment. It may generate errors, omissions, incorrect assumptions, or unsuitable language.
Users must manually verify all AI-generated output before approving or sending it, including amounts, taxes, dates, invoice numbers, recipients, legal language, currencies, and payment instructions. The platform does not autonomously act on the user’s behalf without explicit approval.
The platform may log AI prompts, drafts, edits, approvals, and sends for safety, quality, support, and dispute resolution. We are not responsible for collection success, recipient response, tax filing outcomes, bookkeeping treatment, or business decisions made using AI-assisted content.
Final lawyer review is strongly recommended before launch.
